Booking an appointment with us

Our team of specialist healthcare providers offer assessments, therapies and support through remote online appointments which are simple for anyone to access, or through in-person appointments if requested at time of booking. Whether you are looking for an autism, ADHD or mental health assessment, or ongoing counselling and therapy services, we can help you.

How does the booking process work?

Simply complete a self-referral form and we will contact you to arrange your appointment.

After your initial appointment, a follow-up appointment will be arranged. Further appointments and treatment plans will be made as needed.
