EHCP review service
The Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) process can feel complex and overwhelming, but you are not alone. With the right knowledge and evidence, you can secure the additional support that your child needs.
How can we help
Our specialist clinicians offer a review service for the parental submission that forms part of your child’s Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment (EHCNA), ensuring your written request gives you the best possible chance of success.
An EHCP is a legally binding document, issued by your local authority, for children and young people up to the age of 25 who need more support than a mainstream educational setting can typically provide. If your child has additional needs that aren’t being met through their school’s special education needs (SEN) support alone, an EHCP is a vital step in ensuring they receive the help they need to thrive.
A clinician experienced in the EHCNA process will meet with you to review your parental submission, understand your concerns and offer advice on how to clearly express your child’s needs and explain why additional support is required.
